Hello my friends. It is Boxing Day, on a very, very cold morning,

But you know what? I didn’t want to stay at home. I got up and came out and got some really good fresh air. The sun is shining. It’s supposed to snow again later today, but that’s okay … Perspective … This is my track that I’ve walked around all year. Normally it’s bright and sunny, and now it’s just deep in ice and frigid.

I think I’m the only person here. I have been for the last half hour or so. You know, today is Boxing Day, and if that means anything to you If you know anything about Boxing Day … Certainly in British tradition, many, many centuries ago, it was where the gentry would box up their Christmas food and bring it out for the people who didn’t have enough.

What it really means is that we’ve got so much. How are we sharing it? They talk about it in Good King Wenceslas, upon the feast of Stephen. Stephen was a saint, I guess, and they used to give out alms to the people as well. The king and the gentry would just give them money from the church steps to the people. It just got me thinking about abundance.

I’m being very philosophical on a Boxing Day here, but it’s just we have so much, and what are we doing to help other people. It’s a phone call to just let somebody know you’re thinking of them or a Facebook message just saying, “Merry Christmas” or a private message or a visit, a drop-off of something. There’s so many things we can do and from our company perspective, it’s been an incredible year.

We have literally grown so much, pretty much doubled our sales in the last 12 months. It’s been amazing. The team that I have around me has helped us do that in ways that I could only ever dream about. I’m so happy that we’ve been able to do that. That’s set the tone for my 2017,  just thinking about it all morning … I just couldn’t get it out of my head. I was thinking about the shepherds and in the Biblical times just seeing the whole host of heaven appear to them. Abundance is there. Stuff in the universe is there. We just have to grab it and claim it and run with it and believe in it. My 2017 is about abundance, not just for me, not at all for me, but for our team, our clients, for all of us. I want to help people just become abundant in their business, so they can help more people.

Profit’s not a bad word. Making money is not a bad thing. It’s just how you use it, how you hold it or whether you just give it away and see more come

2017
My 2017 is about a year of abundance. This last year has been an incredible year of change for us. In 2015, most of my coaching was one-on-one with people, and I love to do that, but I realized there was a lot more people I could help than I had time in the day, so we created a virtual program. We created a live webinar. We jumped in with 23 clients who became VIP Mastermind clients. We created an Inner-circle that just helped so many more people that we just couldn’t reach in our live meetups and in my one-on-one consulting time.

Then we created a boot camp in the summer for five weeks to help people on a limited budget or just needed to get started or refresh themselves. We did it again in the fall, and we had over 100 people join us. That’s incredible, and these numbers are just starting numbers for 2017. I’m super grateful for that, and I am just loving being out and about.

If you want to join me on a journey in 2017, I’d love you to. My job is to help you understand how to get found online, how to make social media work for you in a way that you’ve never understood before … How to help you reach people that just don’t know who you are, to stop you being the world’s best-kept secret for your skills, services … Whether you drive a cab, whether you paint pictures, whether you dig someone’s garden, whether you sell RVs, whether you paint houses or whatever your business is.

It doesn’t matter what you do. It’s how you tell your story, and my job is to help you tell that story in the best way possible. We’re an incredible people that can design a website for you that just gets that message out. We have an incredible team that can help you get found on Google. We’ve got graphics and video and photography that will just make you shine, but you have to want it. You have to come from a mindset of abundance. You have to say, “You know what? I want more next year because I want to help more people.”

I guarantee you, the more people you want to help, the more you’ll be given to help them with. That is my Boxing Day message. Go box up some food, and give it away, metaphorically. I’m going to have some coffee. I’m going to hug my family. I’m going to start planning what 2017 looks like for We Make Stuff Happen and the incredible team that I have working with me.

We moved to Canada in 2002. It was a 10-year dream. We came here in ’93. We just loved it. We just loved it. We came back in ’98 and went, “This is where we want to bring our kids up,” and it was, I said, a 10-year goal for us to get here, and we got here. We love it. We never regretted it. We moved house a year ago. No, six months ago … Gosh, seven months ago …

I never regretted that. It’s been incredible, and it’s just a start. It’s just a start of what’s possible when you have a great team and great clients and great attitude. 2017 … Holy, moly … It’s going to be something, something exceptional because we’re going to help more people than ever before so they can help more people than ever before. I’m excited.

It’s all good. I want to wish you am amazing Boxing Day. Hope you had a great time, and I’m going back to strategize and then join my family, and I’ll speak to you again real soon. Take care for now, and happy Boxing Day.

If you’d like to us to help you too – why not start off my telling us a little about where you’re at: http://wemakestuffhappen.com/how-can-we-help/
