Founder and Creator of We Make Stuff Happen – Jonathan has been an entrepreneur since his childhood. Jonathan’s gift of BIG Picture Thinking and Storytelling have turned many businesses around into solid success stories. Speaking both locally and Internationally, training and creating strategy you’ll always find him learning new stuff and sharing great stories.
Paige is always challenging herself, both at work and at play. When she’s not designing, she has her nose stuck in a book. She loves how historical novelists transform plain facts into fabulous tales. This is what she strives for when she designs: to take dull data and turn it into an engaging experience.
Digital Media Specialist
Aanam is a creative business graduate from the University of the Fraser Valley. With a passion for social media, she is constantly seeking out new social media avenues and ways of connecting with audiences in the most engaging way possible. Her goal is to create and amplify every client’s unique brand story.
SEO, PPC and Adwords Expert
If you want to be found on Google – Willy is Da Man! SEO runs though his veins! He also creates many of our client SEO, PPC and Adwords campaigns. He’s constantly helping us improve our visibility and maximizing lead generation. When he’s not is front of a monitor he’s behind a camera filming another Youtube viral sensation – his daughter BethanyG.
Special Events & Social Engagement
Trained as an International Event Planner at the Ai in Vancouver, Gemma brings her experience and BIG Ideas to our special events and workshops. She’s also a community manager for our clients engagement across Pinterest and Instagram and the G in JDGEM.
Director of Social Community
Debbie – the D in JDGEM Heads up the Social Community Division. With a background in Children’s Ministry and the visual arts, she’s awesome at developing content for our clients. Very much a behind the scenes kinda gal – there’s so much that happens because of her intuition and eye for detail.
Susan is a results-oriented, strategic communications consultant with a proven track record in developing and executing strategic communications plans in a wide range of disciplines, with a focus on corporate and not-for-profit organizations as well as small businesses.
Social Media Community Manager
Jamie has a passion for visual marketing with a unique, personal way of connecting with people. Jamie is a bit of a “research geek” who loves to learn The Whole Story of our clients. The most important thing in Jamie’s life is her family, where she lives a multi-generational lifestyle with her husband, her two boys and her parents. Family is the foundation of her life. When she needs to unplug from all things social, Jamie and her family head up to their cabin where she can sit in front of a fire, take long walks, and of course, spend quality time with the family.
Social Community Mgr & Accounts Receivable
Ana is another of our valued Social Media Community Managers. She is fluent in German and Russian and is an avid BC Nature lover. When she isn’t engaging in client campaign’s she’s also in charge of our invoicing and Accounts Receivable.

Quietly blogging away, Ellen brings her research capacity and flair for story telling to many of our accounts. She’s the E in JDGEM and she’s the driving force behind a lot of the non profit organizations we support.
Director of Website Development
With her background in journalism and graphic design from UVic, Lindsay is a key member of the Tribe. Project managing, designing and building custom WordPress sites, logo design, newsletters and creative content are all skillsets that Lindsay excels in. She’s also a Supermom to three amazing kids.

Erynn possesses a strong leadership background in change management execution and communication. Developing and executing business plans that include a holistic approach. Driving new marketing strategies, operations restructuring, supply chain management and time management. Erynn exudes confidence in her ability to propel growth and take businesses to the next level. She does this by inspiring lasting, effective change in all aspects of the business with a strong focus on relationship building and fostering the core strengths of individual key players.

Melissa‘s vast skill set includes technical troubleshooting and problem-solving, analyzing code, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Dreamweaver, and WordPress programs, graphic design, and creating remarkable sales pages—coming up with new and original ways to make her clients’ businesses stand out.
Included in her impressive list of skills, Melissa is a certified Infusionsoft Partner which also allows her to expand her expertise in lead generation and email marketing.
Melissa‘s reputation is her integrity, so short-cuts and slapdash placeholder solutions aren‘t on the table. She believes that all strategies are transitional: each one leads to a brand-new set of circumstances that needs equal attention and consideration to make sure the right approach is implemented. To ensure she always finds a solution that works best for her clients, Melissa works hard to understand exactly what‘s needed and why; locating any potential pain points and finding solutions long before they have the chance to bog down the process.
