In keeping with Senior Citizen’s Day it’s time for another #SummerShowcase – this time into the world of our client focused on Assisted Living in BC and Alberta Canada.

When we were first approached – gosh 6 years ago now, The Hamlets was almost invisible online. They’d spent all of their time and energy creating and running 3 amazing locations in BC. “The Hamlets” is a health care model based on their Dutch heritage.

They had been applying for government RFP’s but were often overlooked because of being relatively unknown. Our job was to make them #1 within their industry sector – no small task!

But I am happy to report “Mission Accomplished” and onwards together we go.

We teach the “5 E’s of social media” to every client, and for the Hamlets it was no different. It’s all a part of how we’re evolving in the digital era.

We’ve been sharing the Hamlet’s story since 2013. They started off with 3 communities and have since expanded to 8. Each month our dedicated Project Manager, Jamie, works with each individual community to stay on top of hiring opportunities and special events that are currently happening. We work with each community to differentiate each location but keep on brand.

Most recently, the Hamlets at Penticton participated in the Annual Peachfest Parade and they blew up the internet!

6 years later and the Hamlets are stronger than ever. They’re opening their 8th location, the Hamlets at Duncan and we’re already telling their digital story a year before they open their doors. The Hamlets continue to be the leader in senior living communities, service, and care here in Canada.

As you can see our client base is as diverse as it gets and we love it! Because of our experience gained over the last 15 years we feel we’re able to help almost anyone.
