Terms and Conditions for The Happening Coaching Program

1. Introduction

Welcome to The Happening coaching program! These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the program, and by enrolling in or using any part of the services, you agree

to comply with these terms. Please read these carefully.

2. Program Participation

Participation in The Happening is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old. By enrolling, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to enter into this agreement.

3. Coaching Services

The coaching services offered in The Happening are designed to provide guidance, strategies, and support for personal and professional development. While we are committed to helping you achieve your goals, results may vary depending on individual circumstances. Participation in the program does not guarantee specific results or outcomes.

4. Payment and Fees

The fees for The Happening coaching program are outlined on our website and communicated upon sign-up. Payment is required in full or as agreed in the payment plan before you gain access to coaching sessions or any program materials.

By enrolling in the program, you agree to the following:

  • All payments are non-refundable, except as provided in these terms.

  • If you choose a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments, even if you decide to discontinue your participation in the program before the end of the payment term. Failure to fulfill the payment plan may result in termination of your access to the program and any future services.

  • We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but this will not affect any existing agreements for current participants.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the nature of coaching services, all payments are final and non-refundable once you have received program materials or attended any coaching session. However, if unforeseen circumstances arise, you may contact us to discuss the possibility of rescheduling sessions or adjusting your participation.

We reserve the right to cancel or terminate your participation in the program at any time if you violate these Terms and Conditions or behave in a way that is disruptive to the coaching environment. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, and resources provided during The Happening coaching program, including but not limited to videos, written materials, and templates, are the intellectual property of We Make Stuff Happen/JDGEM Consulting Inc. These materials are intended for your personal use only and may not be shared, distributed, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

7. Confidentiality

As a participant in The Happening, you may share or receive personal, sensitive, or proprietary information during coaching sessions. Both parties agree to keep all such information confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or with the consent of the person disclosing the information.

We respect your privacy and adhere to the guidelines outlined in our Privacy Policy (link to privacy policy), which governs the collection and use of your personal information.

8. Limitations of Liability

While we aim to provide valuable coaching services, The Happening is not responsible for any decisions you make as a result of the coaching process. You acknowledge that any actions or outcomes arising from your participation in the program are your responsibility.

In no event shall The Happening or We Make Stuff Happen/JDGEM Consulting Inc be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the coaching services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your participation in the program shall not exceed the amount paid by you paid for the coaching services.

9. Force Majeure

The Happening is not liable for any failure to perform or delays in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, such as acts of God, government actions, wars, fires, pandemics, or other natural disasters. If such events occur, we will make reasonable efforts to notify participants and may suspend or adjust the delivery of services as necessary.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your participation in The Happening will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia, Canada.

11. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. If any changes are made, we will notify participants by posting the updated terms on our website and updating the date below. Your continued participation in the program after the changes are made will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
